Remote measurement is about more than a sensor. Power, connectivity, reliable operation and meaningful data must work together.

Measure where it was not viable before.

Low hardware and operating cost is a design goal. Solar power and wireless communication can reduce installation effort. Actual economics depend on the site, coverage and measurement requirements.

Regular data. Observable operation.

The firmware collects light, temperature and humidity measurements. The default five-minute reporting cycle can be supplemented by faster reports when light changes; this is regular sampling and delivery, not an uninterrupted stream.

Part of a wider picture.

Proxima is a hands-on Y engineering project connected to András’s TerraSky investment. Site measurements can complement drone surveys and the interpretation of energy production.
