01

Stories, not videos

Listening leaves room for children’s own imagination, without adverts, recommendation feeds or autoplay videos.

02

No screen. The child is in control.

Two buttons are enough for a child to choose and listen independently.

03

You curate it, easily

Choose stories on your phone. No USB drives, downloads to manage, conversions or IT work.

04

In grandma’s own voice

Grandparents, parents or another loved one can record a story remotely for the device.

A storyteller children can hold and use on their own. Adults organise the stories on a phone; listening needs neither a phone nor a screen.

What does the research review say?

Listening to stories makes room for mental imagery and may support language comprehension, while the strongest developmental evidence favours shared reading and conversation with an adult. Evening screen use is often associated with poorer sleep, whereas quiet audio stories can form part of a calm, predictable bedtime routine; this is a literature review, not a clinical trial of Mesegép.
